We are continuing to enjoy our office in Lonsdale Road with plans to renovate the lower floor to provide spacious meeting and presentation areas.
We have now been joined by Richard Lesnick (senior architect) and architectural assistants; Natalie Benes, Teena Cole & Mehule Patel. Rhona remains with us and has taken a key role on several projects during 2007.
Work continues to be exciting and varied:
We Have
Designed a new build maternity wing for a consortium of gynaecologists at a large South London hospital.
Successfully gained Planning Approval for a new music and art block at a North London School. Construction begins on site later this year.
Extended our role as architects on one of London’s largest Grade 11* listed houses to act as interior designers and we are currently working on an interior specification to include 8 bathrooms, kitchen and reception rooms.
Completed the interiors for 27 new build apartments aimed at the first home market in Kingston.
Successfully gained Planning Approval for 8 schemes in Kensington and Chelsea.
Successfully gained Planning Approval for 2 schemes in Notting Hill.
Successfully gained Planning Approval for 3 schemes in North London Boroughs including Hackney and Haringey.
Completed working drawings for a large house off Avenue Road in St. John’s Wood due to begin construction later this year.
We are currently working on the conversion of a mixed use Grade 11 listed building in Grafton Way, W1, into 12 residential units. We have also been invited to provide interior design.
We continue to work on plans for 3 new build residential schemes in Wimbledon.
We are also working on alterations and rear extensions to properties in Holland Park,
Islington, Highgate, Chelsea Embankment & Black Heath.
