The 2016 windows have just gone live in a number of shops along and around Regents Street showcasing RIBA Architects and retail brands championing good design. Liberty’s windows are particularly impressive. Designed by Architecture Social Club and focussing on Arthur Lasenby Liberty as a figure that liberated fashion offering higher quality design for London. Some windows feature the iconography of ‘Noah’s Ark’ with undulating floors of swaying gold creatures and objects, with bold wallpaper backdrops and items of clothing displayed to create a riot of colour, texture and design.
This year the three week display coincides with London Fashion Week and the London Design Festival. You can vote for your favourite via the link below or the Regents Street app.
