Kate and Simon welcomed the HUB team to their house last week for a relaxing evening of food, drinks and conversation. Even Rizzy the Cat enjoyed being outdoors on a warm summer evening.

Furze Hill planning granted
Planning was granted last week for internal alterations to an existing detached family house within a conservation area. The proposals include side, rear and basement extensions with a terrace, enlarging the home’s existing living space to add a media room and pool/spa facilities in the basement and internal reconfiguration updating the home’s layout for the requirements of a contemporary family lifestyle whilst complimenting and enhancing the character of the conservation area.
Build Architecture Awards 2016
HUB are delighted to have won the Build Best Education Architectural Firm in London. The 2016 Architecture Awards recognises the exceptional work undertaken by firms in the global industry.
The Award reflects work that Hub have carried out over the last five years for schools in and around North London. Future projects include a new Hertfordshire Prep School and Sports facility.
